National Life Awards 2026

The National Life Awards will be presented by Dr Joanna Howe.

The goal of our movement is to make abortion unthinkable. The awards are for individuals who have made an outstanding contribution in a specific category towards this goal.

Nominations are open from members of the public and will close at 5pm on 3 July 2026.

A. Lifetime Achievement
This award recognises the contribution of an individual over a lengthy period to building the prolife movement in Australia. 

B. Politics
This award recognises a politician who has displayed tremendous courage and perseverance in in their party and the public square, and through the development of policy and legislation.

C. Health
This award recognises a health professional who has demonstrated courage and perseverance in building a culture of life in the health profession.

D. Community
This award recognises an individual who has contributed to the work of the prolife movement in supporting vulnerable women, families and children.

E. Social Media and the Public Square 
This award recognises an individual in the media or active on social media who has used their voice to draw critical attention and awareness to the issue of abortion up to birth in Australia.

F. Future Leader
This award recognises an individual under the age of 40 who has demonstrated courage and character in raising awareness of the plight of children in-utero and vulnerable mothers in pregnancy.
