STOP THE SILENT GENOCIDE OF AUSTRALIA’S BABY GIRLS
A baby’s first photo is no longer kept on a fridge. Today, it’s an ultrasound image. But for hundreds of baby girls in Australia, that image becomes a death sentence.
A groundbreaking study published in the Global Public Health Journal has revealed a horrifying truth. In Australia, baby girls are being killed simply because they are girls. Sex-selective abortion is happening here, and no one is talking about it.
In parts of Victoria and New South Wales, the numbers are undeniable. The birth ratio between boys and girls is skewed. For every one hundred boys, in some areas only eighty-six girls are born. That’s not a coincidence. That’s not nature. That’s targeted killing.
These girls are not lost to miscarriage. They are not lost to medical emergencies. They are deliberately aborted because they are not the "preferred" gender. They are killed for one reason and one reason only — they are female.
This is not about choice. It is not about women’s health. It is about eliminating girls because of their gender. It is gender-based violence in its most extreme form, and it is being carried out legally under the watch of our own government.
While other nations have started to act, Australia remains silent. No federal law protects unborn baby girls from this horrific practice. Politicians refuse to speak out. The media ignores it. But we won’t.
If we do not act now, more girls will continue to disappear. More mothers will be pressured. More babies will be denied their right to live based on nothing more than their chromosomes.
Enough is enough.
Sex-selective abortion is wrong. It is discrimination in its cruelest form. And it must end.
Sign the petition today and stand with me. Her gender isn’t a flaw. It’s a life. Let’s protect baby girls before it’s too late.
