This workshop, led by Dr Emma Wood, will trace the origins of feminist arguments for abortion and unpack why these foundations are flawed. Participants will explore the social, philosophical and historical forces that shaped these ideas, and consider alternative visions of women's empowerment. Through practical examples and guided discussion, attendees will learn how to communicate this perspective with clarity, confidence and compassion. By the end, participants will be equipped to engage thoughtfully with others on why abortion is not pro-woman.
