Rally to Protect Babies After 25 Weeks
Join us outside South Australian Parliament on Wednesday, 17 June, as we stand together to support a historic bill that would protect babies after 25 weeks gestation from abortion.
South Australian MLC Sarah Game has introduced legislation to end the practice of late-term abortions that involve an injection of potassium chloride into a baby's heart. This is our third attempt to secure protections for these vulnerable children, and there is a strong chance the bill will be debated and voted on by Parliament on the same day.
In just two years since abortion up to birth was introduced in South Australia, 105 babies over 22 weeks gestation have lost their lives through late-term abortions.
This rally is our chance to send an unmistakable message to Parliament that South Australians want babies after 25 weeks protected.
